The UEG (European Gymnastics Union) has discussed the ramifications of the disruption to the travel of participating teams and officials with British Gymnastics and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) in Birmingham.

The British Men’s team (Louis Smith, Daniel Keatings, Daniel Purvis, Sam Hunter, Kristian Thomas and Ruslan Panteleymonov) who will represent GBR at the approaching European Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Birmingham (21-25 April 2010), won the friendly international, versus Switzerland and Belarus, in Dietikon (SUI) on Saturday, 10 April. Great Britain put together a team total of 262.650 pts.
